Our 1000mm-high traffic cones offer excellent visibility, remaining highly conspicuous even in complex road environments. Equipped with a base weighing approximately 4.5–8 kg, they will not tip over in strong winds or when large vehicles pass by.

- How is 1m Traffic Cone Produced?
Due to their large size, superior reflectivity, and vibrant colors, JACKWIN 1000mm traffic cones are widely used in high-safety environments such as highways and road construction sites. How are they manufactured?
- Raw Material: We use high-quality HDPE (High-Density Polyethylene) or PVC (Polyvinyl Chloride) as the raw material, which are flexible, impact-resistant, UV-resistant, and crack-resistant.
- Plastic Mixing: Before production, HDPE/PVC granules are mixed with color masterbatch and UV stabilizers to ensure long-lasting, vibrant color.
- Molding: JACKWIN uses either injection molding or rotational molding to produce the 1m traffic cones. Injection-molded cones offer high dimensional accuracy and product consistency, making them ideal for large-volume orders. Rotational-molded cones feature uniform wall thickness and superior impact resistance.
- Reflective Collar: We attach single or double reflective collars to the cone body using a heat-bonding process. This ensures the reflective sleeves do not easily curl or peel, suitable for long-term outdoor use.
- Base Manufacturing: We produce rubber bases using a high-temperature vulcanization process; these bases are heavy, wind-resistant, and slip-resistant. The finished base is then assembled with the cone body to form a complete unit.
