JACKWIN New-designed Flexible TPU Delineator Posts
Say goodbye to your traditional or broken posts! JACKWIN’s flexible TPU spring posts are designed with a twill spiral groove pattern that redirects vehicle pressure sideways when vehicles run over, protecting the post and reflective tapes from damage. It can rebound to recovery in its original condition.
But that’s not all. We also increase a core-enhanced tube inside the post. This inner layer will strengthen the bottom post, allowing a thinner post to have a stronger elastic force while not transmitting force to the base to prevent bolts from being pulled out when the wheel runs over.
According to ASTM D4169 standard, our new-designed delineator posts have passed the 2000-time rolling rebound, 8 tons of load vehicle weight capacity, -30℃ low-temperature and 50℃ high-temperature test.

Pre-Installation Preparation

Marking the Installation Points
- Use a tape measure and rope to measure the length and mark the installation points. Ensure the correct spacing of the delineator post, usually 10-20 feet apart.
