JACKWIN’s fire hose ramps and bridges are produced by rubber vulcanization molding. We control every step, from raw materials to production temperature and vulcanization time, so our product quality surface is smoother and the details are perfect.

The production of JACKWIN’s fire hose ramps and bridges follows the production process of rubber products and requires several steps. Among them, the most important step is vulcanization. The vulcanization machine above is the last step in producing hose ramps.

Our rubber sheet is made of raw rubber material, recycled rubber tires, calcium carbonate, twine, or wire. We cut the sheet into pieces according to the size and weight of the fire hose ramps we produce and then put them into the vulcanizer for heating and molding to complete the production.
