JACKWIN’s orange safety meshes are produced by extrusion machines. We first heat and pressurize the plastic HDPE particles to melt, and then extrude them through a mold to form a mesh structure.
Our Production Process
- Raw material preparation: HDPE plastic particles are added to the hopper.
- Heating and melting: HDPE plastic particles pass through the screw rod to the heating zone, and then melt into a fluid plastic.
- Extrusion molding: The molten fluid plastic HDPE enters the mold and is extruded into a mesh. Generally speaking, the size and shape of our mesh are determined when the mold is designed.
- Cooling: The hot mesh just out hardens after passing through the cooling water tank, so that the shape of the mesh is fixed.
- Pulling and winding: The cooled plastic mesh passes through the reel machine and is collected into a roll, thus completing the production process.

How To Install Orange Safety Fence?
STEP ONE: Insert T-posts into the ground at no more than 6 feet intervals. You need to use a drilling tool if it is a concrete floor. If it is a dirt floor, hammer the T-post into the dirt. This step is crucial. The T-post must be firmly on the ground.
STEP TWO: Hang the fence on the hooks of the T-posts, then secure it with zip ties to ensure the wall is level.
STEP THREE: To ensure and prevent the fence from falling, it needs to be further reinforced with zip tiles.
If you are not using T-posts but timber posts, it is also possible, but you can only use staples to nail the fence to the posts.
Normally in a polybag, then loose load in container, also can be exported by pallet per your needs.
