Our Manufacturing Workshop
JACKWIN’s factory production workshop covers an area of 1,000 square meters and houses a design team of 20 members. Through software development, parts procurement and assembly, debugging and calibration, JACKWIN has produced marking robots featuring the latest technological achievements.
All completed marking robot frames and metal components undergo gas shielded welding in this workshop.

We program, load, automatically bend, and unload sheet metal on our automatic bending machines.
This is our CNC machining center for metal components, where all parts are processed.

We use laser cutting machines to precisely cut metal sheets into pre-designed shapes, ensuring zero error.
At JACKWIN’s forging workshop, steel is forged into shape and then precision-machined and polished on lathes.
In our steel warehouse, we arrange incoming steel neatly and print batch labels for affixing.
The primary formats include DXF, DWG, SVG, KML/KMZ, and other custom data formats.
The size is 692mm * 594mm * 649mm, the curb weight is 35kg, the maximum speed is 3.6km/h, and the motor specifications are 200W * 2.
Our factory maintains ample inventory and can ship orders promptly.
