How to Install Underground Warning Tape?
Step 1. Backfill sand over the pipeline and compact it until level, and ensure our tape is buried 2 inches (30 cm) above the pipeline.
Step 2. Be careful not to pull the warning tape too tight, and ensure sufficient clearance between the tape and the pipeline.
Step 3. Cover the warning tape with sand and soil, then backfill the trench.
