Y Posts Sizes and Holes
JACKWIN provides star posts in different lengths and hole spacing for various occasions. Y Posts: With star-shaped cross-section, Y posts have three ribs for better durability and strength. Designed with holes or teeth, the wire fence can be easily fixed on the posts. Our Manufacturing Process
Through production processes such as heating, rolling, punching, and surface treatment, JACKWIN produces heavy-duty star pickets with durability and high strength. Our products undergo multiple quality control checks before leaving the factory and possess numerous relevant certifications.
JACKWIN uses premium low-carbon steel as the raw material of our Y fence post, which is durable and sturdy, not easy to bend or crack.
The billets are continuously heated in a furnace at 1100-1250℃ to soften them for convenient rolling, while also enhancing their durability and flexibility.
The heated steel forms a star picket with Y-shaped cross-section through rolling mills in about 1200℃.
We use the advanced cutting machine to cut the steel bars in required length, such as 450mm, 1350mm, 1500mm to meet various needs.
Drilling holes in the posts is a crucial step, as it helps to secure the wires when installing the fence and ensures consistent spacing between the wires.
We typically use hot-dip galvanizing and bitumen coating for surface treatment. This makes Y posts anti-rust and corrosion-resistant, helping extend the lifespan.
