Q: How long does your Chinese New Year Holiday?

A: 14 days, but you can send email to get a quote during our holiday.

Q: What’s your production lead time?

A: It is up on which item, some products we have many in stock and some need to be specially produced on your requirement, so our lead time is from 1 to 25 days normally.

Q: Are all of your of products compliant with international standards?

A: Yes, all our products are manufactured in compliance with the relevant international standards and regulations, ensuring high quality to meet all customers’ requirement. For example, CE, MUTCD Standards.

Q: How can I place an order?

A: You can send your enquiry or contact our sales, we will quote to you based on your potential order quantity, then we issue you Proforma Invoice or send you bill.

Q: What’s your payment term?

A: Normally, our payment term is 30% to 50% deposit by bank wire transfer, the balance will be paid before shipment after finish production.

Q: Do you accept online payment by credit card/paypal ?

A: Yes, we can accept payment by credit card/paypal or other online payment platform to ensure your smooth transaction process.

Q: Do you offer after-sales support and warranties?

A: Yes, we provide after-sales support and offer warranties on our products. In case of any issues or defects about product quality, please reach out to our customer support team, and we will promptly address and resolve the matter.

Q: How long is your warranty after receive goods?

A: Most of our products is 1 year warranty, some products we can give you 2-3 years long warranty after your order.

A: In case you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact our customer service team immediately. We will require relevant information and possibly some photos to assess the issue. We will then work towards resolving the matter, either by providing a replacement or issuing a refund, depending on the circumstances.
