In-house Manufacturing Capacities
JACKWIN has a 4,000-square-meter production workshop and a large warehouse, equipped with advanced extrusion machines and laser cutting machines. Our barrier boards are made from high-strength, heat-resistant, impact-resistant, UV-resistant, and corrosion-resistant ABS material through an extrusion process, ensuring that barrier boards are durable in harsh outdoor work zones. Additionally, we use 3M EGP and HIP reflective films to enhance visibility and improve safety during nighttime use.

JACKWIN barrier board consists of an ABS material reflective board panel and two pieces of legs. We offer two types of leg designs: one is fixed, and the other is foldable. The advantage of the foldable design is that it facilitates storage and transportation, reduces space, saves shipping costs, and is easy to carry.

JACKWIN reflective barrier boards are compliant with Australia regulation to use Class 1 or Class 2 retroreflective sheeting according to AS/AZS 1906.1.
Class 1 – High Performance
It’s used for main roads and highways for high visibility at night and also mandatory for high-speed, high-risk areas. Standard colors are yellow and black stripes with texture printed.
Class 2 – General Purpose
It’s used for traffic and civil applications in good visibility, but lower than Class 1, designed for general traffic control, construction sites, or event management in low speed and low visibility.

Road Safety and Traffic Control
JACKWIN barrier board is a versatile barrier designed to block unauthorized pedestrians or vehicles from entering work zones.
Our versatile board, laminated with class 1 or 2 reflective tapes, improves visibility at night, thus achieving the goal of improving road safety and traffic flow, and reducing road congestion.
Construction Sites
Our barrier board is widely used in various construction sites to provide a physical boundary to protect workers from traffic or dangerous construction equipment, while also offering protection for pedestrians. Additionally, it is used to mark hazardous or restricted areas on building or civil engineering projects.

Work Zone Protection
JACKWIN barrier boards are designed to protect pedestrians and workers in high-risk work zones, such as road repair or construction sites in Australia.
Also, it’s widely used to delineate safe walkways or to prevent access to dangerous areas.
Public Event Safety
Our barrier board can also be used to cordon off areas during public events such as concerts, festivals, or sports events. It helps ensure crowd control by restricting access to certain areas, enhancing safety and preventing unauthorized entry.

Traffic Lane Closure
JACKWIN barrier board is ideal for use in temporary lane closures on highways or local roads to safely direct traffic around the closure. It is widely used in situations of road maintenance, repairs or emergencies.
Roadside Hazard Marking
Our barrier board is used in hazardous areas along roadways to highlight road hazards, such as potholes, construction debris, or damaged road sections. By marking these dangers clearly, it ensures the safety of both motorists and pedestrians. This proactive safety measure helps reduce accidents, improve traffic flow, and provide a visible warning, especially in low-visibility conditions or nighttime driving.

Emergency Incident Management
Our barrier board is used in emergency scenarios such as firefighting operations, traffic accidents, or other critical situations to prevent unauthorized personnel from entering the area or to redirect traffic. It also serves to clearly mark unsafe zones, helping to protect both responders and the public by ensuring that hazardous areas are easily identifiable and avoided.
Highway and Roadway Construction Projects
During large-scale infrastructure projects, such as highway construction or resurfacing, JACKWIN barrier boards are primarily used to mark off construction zones. This helps to reduce the risk of secondary traffic accidents, ensuring that drivers are alerted to the presence of workers, machinery, and road changes, thereby enhancing overall road safety and project efficiency.
