- What’s a Stop Slow Bat?
In Australia, the person who holds a stop/slow bat is called traffic controller or flagger, he/she must obtain a Stop/Slow Bat Licence(unit RIIWHS205E, formerly RIIWHS205D) by training from Registered Training Organisation (RTO).

Stop Slow Bat - High Reflection At Night
JACKWIN stop slow bats use 3M HIP white 3930 reflective sheeting and yellow 3931 reflective sheeting.
On the white reflective side, high-precision semi-transparent red ink is used for printing. The printed area is semi-transparent with a cut-out “STOP” design, allowing it to remain reflective under light.
On the yellow reflective side, black semi-transparent ink is used to print “SLOW”, which also reflects light when illuminated.
