Barricade Light Plastic Housing
JACKWIN’s barricade flashing light housing is mainly produced by plastic injection molding. We have 4 small injection molding machines and more than 200 sets of injection molds to ensure the production of the housing. We can produce up to 4,000 sets of plastic housings per day.
Barricade Light Electric Board
The circuit board of JACKWIN’s barricade lights is designed and produced according to the FR-4 A3 standard. After the design is completed and the initial proofing is done, it must pass a series of tests such as high temperature aging test, damp heat test, waterproof test, welding strength thrust test, etc. before mass production can begin.

Battery VS Solar Powered Barricade Light
Battery-powered barricade lights mainly use AA, C and D alkaline dry batteries. The advantage is that they are easy and quick to replace. Unlike solar-powered barricade lights, the barricade warning light will not stop working due to long-term rainy weather and the battery is exhausted and cannot be charged. However, from a cost perspective, long-term battery replacement and labor cost will high comparing to solar powered light.
Solar-powered barricade lights mainly use nickel-metal hydride batteries and 18650 lithium batteries. The advantages are large battery capacity, long battery life, energy saving, and low maintenance costs. The disadvantage is that they cannot work normally in long-term rainy weather.

JACKWIN Barricade Light Production Lines
The production of Barricade light includes three main steps: shell injection molding, circuit board welding, and finished product assembly. Below we briefly introduce the production equipment, molds, production details and assembly process.
This is our injection molding machine. After installing the injection mold and adding plastic particles (ABS, PP, PVC) into the storage hopper, we can start production.
This is our injection mold storage warehouse. All our injection molds are stored on shelves and marked with the mold model numbers so that they can be easily found when needed.
This is our No. 1 assembly line for barricade lights. We align the processed circuit boards, barricade light housings and other semi-finished products such as screws and consumables. We use electrical tools to assemble these semi-finished accessories into complete warning lights.
This is our No. 2 production line for beacon lights. Here, we seal the beacon lights with glue, tighten the screws, and perform product function tests. Then, we pack them into inner boxes and mass into export cartons.

What’s a Photocell?
Photocell is also called a light-control sensor, and it is an electronic component that automatically turns on or off outdoor barricade lights based on the amount of light in the environment. It is a variable resistor that is usually installed inside the transparent lens of the barricade light and must be in touch with the light.
How Does a Photocell Work?
When light shines on the photocell, it causes the resistance to decrease, thereby causing the resistance to decrease. When the light intensity increases, the resistance value also decreases further. Conversely, when the light intensity decreases, the resistance value increases to a certain extent, that is, the circuit is so small that the light cannot work.
Importance of Photocell for Barricade Light
