Rubber Raw Material
JACKWIN’s cable protector ramp is mainly made of rubber. Rubber production requires the following main raw materials: raw rubber, compounding agents, waste tires, and fiber materials. Raw rubber is the basic material, compounding agents are mainly used to improve the performance of rubber products, and fibers are used to enhance mechanical strength and limit deformation, similar to the steel bars used to build a house, playing a supporting role. Raw rubber must be softened in a drying room, and compounding agents must be crushed and dried to ensure that they can be evenly mixed, and then rolled into sheets for later use.

The equipment of this production line is all heavy-duty hydraulic rubber vulcanizing machines, which can produce rubber cable ramps up to 2 meters long and weigh up to 40 kg. If you need to customize an extra-long and extra-heavy cable protector ramp, our equipment can afford.
The equipment of this production line is mainly lightweight vulcanizing machines, which produce cable ramps under 10 kg. Its advantages are small size, easy operation, and high production efficiency. We only need one worker to complete the entire production, so our production cost is very low.
