Workshop and Production
JACKWIN boasts a powerful factory and a complete production line. Follow me to see how our metal crash barrier is manufactured.

We use Q235 or Q345 hot-rolled/cold-rolled steel coils(2.5mm-4.0mm) as our raw material, and then cut the steel sheet into required widths.
JACKWIN makes splice holes, post connection holes and end terminal holes according to drawings through a CNC punching machine.

The steel sheeting passes through multiple rolling mill stations and gradually forms a W-beam or Thrie-beam corrugated plate. The produced corrugated plates have uniform shape and size, and 10-15 meters can be produced per minute.
The most important step for weather-resistance. Remove the rust and oxides and dip the steel into 450℃ molten zinc.
Prepare the adapted posts and spacers through the same process as metal beams do.
JACKWIN also uses powder coating to make the railings more aesthetically pleasing and more corrosion-resistant.
The finished crash barriers of JACKWIN undergo various kind of testing and inspection.
JACKWIN measures the zinc coating thickness using a coating thickness gauge on all galvanized pipes.
