About Us
Wuhan Jackwin Industrial Co., Ltd. was established in 2008. We are a professional factory integrating production, wholesales and export. Our main products cover road traffic safety, site safety, construction safety and parking related products , including Verkehrskegel, warning lights, delineators, traffic panels, safety fences, LED traffic batons, cable ramps, warning signs, road studs, parking locks, road studs, traffic barriers, rubber speed bumps, wheel stoppers, corner guard, warning tapes, safety flags, safety vest, rubber bases weight, underground protection mesh and plate, and etc.
Our factory has 6 production lines, injection molding line, blow molding line, rotational molding line, extrusion line, rubber molding line, and electronic product assembly line. Injection molding machines are mainly used to produce lens and housings for barricade lights, road barricades, PVC traffic cones; blow molding machines are used to produce water filled barriers, extrusion machines are used to produce traffic boards and plates, and of course, rubber molding machines are mainly used to produce rubber products, such as rubber speed humps, rubber wheel stoppers, rubber corner protectors, rubber bases, and etc.
We have a complete product inspection process and system. We strictly implement each step of raw material inspection, semi-finished product inspection and finished product inspection, and we are determined not to let customers receive any defective products.
After 18 years of development and precipitation, we are professional in road safety industry standards of different countries abroad. We have made great progress in both production and communication with customers. Our goal is to provide our customers with high-quality products at low factory prices that make our customers competitive in the market.
Milestones of JACKWIN
Blow Molded Machine
JACKWIN blow molding production line has 30 fully automatic and semi-automatic blow molding machines and more than 200 molds. The daily production capacity at full load is 8,000 pieces of products. The products included in our blow molding production line include PE traffic cones, water-filled barriers, road plastic barriers, traffic drums, t-top bollards, delineator posts, and etc.
Injection Molded Machine
Our injection molding production line mainly produces PVC traffic cones, warning lights, plastic road studs, marshalling wands, etc. With 28 semi-automatic injection molding machines and more than 300 sets of injection molds, the daily production capacity reaches 12,000 pcs, which enables quick production and fast delivery to meet the needs of different customers.
Rubber Forming Machine
JACKWIN rubber production line consists of 30 units of equipment with more 200 sets of moulds and mainly produces a series of rubber products including cable protectors, speed bumps, rubber bases, slope ramps, wheel stopper, corner protectors, and etc.
Stamping & Welding
Our production line mainly produces a series of metal products such as queue stanchions, signages, metal posts, galvanized crowd control barriers, stands and metal spare parts through stamping and welding processes. We use galvanized steel pipes of international standards, sufficient thickness, and robotic welding technology to achieve flawless product quality and zero customer complaints.
