We manufacture traffic marking tape using equipment such as a high-speed mixer, unwinding stand, plastic extruder, glass bead drop-on applicator, coating head, laminate machine, embossing machine, slitting & rewinding machine.
This is our high-speed mixer. After mixing the pigment, plastic microbeads, and binder raw materials, we can proceed with the pre-plasticization process.
This is our unwinding stand. It can automatically unfold and change rolls to ensure continuous production.
This is our plastic extruder. We heat molten plastic pellets to produce preformed plastic tape substrates, which are then extruded into shape.
This is our glass bead drop-on applicator. We evenly disperse glass microspheres before the plastic layer cools, ensuring half of the microspheres embed into the softened plastic layer while the other half remain exposed.
This is our coating head. We apply an adhesive layer to the tape to enhance its stickiness.
This is our laminating machine. We can composite and laminate the reflective coating, surface layer, and adhesive layer to produce a preliminary finished product.
