Traffic Wand Reflective Film
JACKWIN’s traffic wand uses super light-transmitting reflective film. Our film has good light transmittance, so that the light emitted by the LED in the tube can 100% penetrate the film, and the irradiated light is not absorbed or blocked, making our baton very bright. In addition, our film has a very good reflective effect. How To Produce Traffic Wands?
The production of traffic wand involves two parts, one is the injection molding of the plastic shell and the extrusion molding of the tube. The other part is the circuit board welding and assembly. As per followings, we will introduce each part to you in the form of images, videos and text. I hope you can have a better understanding of the production of our traffic batons.
Traffic wand handle is made of ABS material by injection molded production process. We use fully automatic injection molding machines to produce traffic wand handles. There is no worker involved in the entire process, which ensures high efficiency, low cost and good quality.
We use fully automatic LED screening and welding machines. There is no worker involved in the entire production process. First, the machine separates the positive and negative poles of the LED and then tests whether it can work properly. Then it enters the next step and welds the LED and wire together.
Traffic Wand’s circuit boards are produced semi-automatically, LED testing and welding are done with fully automated machines, and batteries and other accessories are welded manually to ensure that the welding is more solid and the quality is more guaranteed.
After the circuit board is soldered, this production line begins to install, seal, and perform functional tests on the tube, handle, and circuit board, and finally pack them into inner boxes.
