Here’s a step-by-step explanation of how JACKWIN rubber delineator base are made:
- High-quality recycled rubber material is crushed into granules, then mixed with additives such as vulcanizing agents, plasticizers, and antioxidants.
- The rubber mixture is precisely weighed and placed into steel compression molds of different shapes (square, hexagonal, octagonal).
- The molds are subjected to high pressure and heated to 150-180 degrees Celsius, causing the rubber to cure and take shape.
- The formed delineator base is removed from the cooled mold and the edges are trimmed.
All JACKWIN rubber delineator bases are well packed in pallets and secured with tape and protective film.
