They are designed for detecting or marking underground buried cables, pipes, ducts, and service lines in pipelines, utilities, highways, and roads. We offer high visible colors in blue/red/green/yellow/orange.

JACKWIN is one of the leading and earliest factories specializing in the production of detectable underground warning mesh. Our warning meshes come in a wide variety of types and colors, and we also offer customized production for many overseas customers.
The production process for our detectable mesh is relatively complex. First, we produce standard HDPE plastic mesh, warning tapes, OPP adhesive tape, and steel wire. These materials are then combined and wound using our machines, and finally, the finished products are packed for distribution.

- A detectable underground warning mesh is designed to mark and detect underground buried facilities and prevent workers from damaging utility pipes and cables during construction excavations.
- Underground detectamesh of different colors can be used to warn of the different presence and orientation of buried service lines, such as water pipes in blue, gas pipes and electric cables in yellow, sewer pipes and fuel pipes in re,d and fiber optic cable and telephone cable in green.
- Blue Underground Detectable Warning Mesh is usually designed to detect or mark the presence of underground water pipes. It reduces the time we spend looking for buried water pipes and can protect the water pipe from being damaged by an unnecessary third party.
- Red Underground Detectable Warning Mesh is widely used to detect or mark the presence of buried sewer pipes or fuel pipes.
- Green Underground Detectable Warning Mesh are generally designed to detect or mark the presence of buried fiber optic cables and telephone cables.
- Yellow Underground Detectable Warning Mesh is commonly used to detect or mark the presence of buried electric cables, gas cables, or street light cables.

Buried Electrical Mains
In all countries, underground cables need to be safely protected. Usually, a detectable warning mesh is buried about 50 cm above the cable (close to the ground soil layer) to prevent the buried electrical cable from being dug or damaged due to construction excavation, causing power outages or electric shocks, and serves as a warning and reminder.
Gas Pipelines
Our detectable warning meshes are used in gas pipeline safety protection projects in many countries. There is a steel wire in the middle layer of our warning mesh. Before excavating the pipeline surface, you can use a metal detector to detect it. If a dripping sound is heard, there is a pipeline underground. You need to be especially careful when excavating.
Fire Mains
Fire mains include water mains, hydrants, and hose valves. They are installed underground or in sewers. The safety of fire hoses is essential. Our underground detectable warning meshes can be pre-buried on the pipes to prevent damage to the pipes during later construction or detect the location of the pipe layout, making it easier to create reasonable construction.
Street Lighting Cables
Street light cables are the most numerous and the longest, and road construction is also frequent. The detectable warning mesh must be buried along with the cable routing. Its use increases the safety of construction.
Road Ducts
The roads mainly have wastewater pipes and traffic signal wires. Unclogging the sewers is the most labor-intensive task for the municipal company, often involving excavation, repair, maintenance, and silt dredging. Underground warning meshes are necessary. If you bury the warning meshes in advance, it can locate your pipes and wires, reducing construction risks and costs.
Fiber Optic Cables
Fiber optic cable protection is very important. In many countries, laws have been enacted to protect fiber optic cables. If you are laying fiber optic cables, you must protect them. Water Main Pipes
Underground water pipes involve the livelihood security of urban residents. How to protect the water resources that our city depends on is particularly important. Therefore, as a construction company, we must choose suitable water pipe protection materials during construction. Generally speaking, we must select a more expansive, detectable underground warning mesh or tape if it is a large water pipe. The width is typically about 1 meter. If it is a small water pipe, we can use 200mmx100 meters or 300mmx100 meters.
Underground TV/Telephone Wires
Detectable warning tapes or plates can protect the TV, camera surveillance, and telephone lines. Since wires are relatively small, tapes and plates are more economical. JACKWIN’s underground detectable warning tapes and warning plates are cheap and of good quality, making them the best choice for small projects or customers with limited budgets.

How to install the detectable warning mesh?
- Bury the underground warning detectable mesh halfway between the underground facility and the earth’s surface.
- Unroll the underground detectamesh lay it on the backfill of the trench. Make sure both ends are grounded.
- Use a crimper to connect the stainless steel wires at both ends.
- Backfill the trench, and then the underground detectable mesh can be detected at approximately a 1-meter distance under the earth.
