Types of Expandable Barriers
- Stainless steel expandable barrier, its characteristics are corrosion resistance, rust resistance, and durability, suitable for long-term outdoor use, especially suitable for cities near the sea, and humid and high salt content, to prevent rust.
- Galvanized steel expandable barrier, its characteristics are heavy and strong, belonging to outdoor heavy-duty guardrails, which can be used for military management areas, factories, hospitals, schools, etc., doors or construction sites or work zones.

Our Production Lines
We have several production lines for expandable barriers. Blow-molded barriers use blow molding production technology, injection-molded barriers use plastic injection molding, and metal expandable barriers use welding and punching technology.
This hollow blow molding machine can produce our expandable barriers. As the name suggests, the inside of the barrier is not solid, but hollow. The feature of the barrier is that it is lightweight and can be filled with water or sand to increase the weight.
This is our assembly workshop for blow-molded barriers, where the accessories of various barriers are installed and rough-edged, and then reflective film is affixed and packaged.
This injection molding machine is used to produce various parts for our injection-molded expandable barriers. The injection molding machine has high production efficiency and adopts fully automatic production without manual labor.
For metal expandable barriers, welding is a very important production process and step. JACKWIN’s workers are skilled in technology. The welding gap of our barriers is small and the welding points are smooth. There is no need for grinding and polishing after welding.
