Multi-Color Array Light Mixing System

Our floodlights utilize a TIR (Total Internal Reflection) structure combined with a microprism-array lens design. By precisely redirecting and evenly distributing light, they reduce light loss during transmission and ensure the effective output of light with high color rendering.

Thermal Management and Drive Control

Our lighting products utilize biomimetic honeycomb fins, high-thermal-conductivity aluminum substrates, or phase-change vapor chambers to maintain the LED junction temperature below 65°C. This can fundamentally suppress the thermal decay of the light effect and color drift. Additionally, the constant-current driver ensures a stable luminous flux output and maintains consistent color temperature and color rendering performance during dimming.

High Color Rendering of Flood Lights
Advanced Light Control of Flood Lights

Advanced Light Control

Soft Start

Our driver limits the current rise by connecting an external capacitor. This not only protects the electronic components inside the light fixture but also creates a smooth, gradual lighting effect.

Fade-On

You can use a smart switch or a microcontroller-based system to send commands that make the lights brighten or dim within a few seconds.

Dimmable

We have built a module into the driver that receives dimming signals, and a dimming switch must also be installed on the wall. As long as the dimming switch sends a command to the driver, you can precisely control the actual brightness of the LEDs.

Excellent Light Distribution Design

JACKWIN floodlights use reflectors, distribution lenses, diffusing elements, and optical chambers to provide uniform illumination, reduce light spill, and improve light utilization. We offer beam angles ranging from 10° to 120° to ensure that light covers a wide area.

  • Precision Optical Lens Design: Through the design of aspheric optical surfaces, TIR and asymmetric lenses, and microprism structures, our lights achieve highly efficient light utilization.
  • Multiple Beam Angle Options: Our lights provide precise coverage ranging from narrow to wide beams, balancing illumination distance, coverage area, and light intensity.
  • Uniform Light Distribution: Achieve diffused and even lighting, with no noticeable spots or shadows.
  • Low Glare Design: We use an anti-glare honeycomb grille design, optical glass lenses, and a smart control sensor system to reduce light pollution, customer complaints, and remediation costs.
  • High Optical Efficiency: We use tempered glass or PC lenses with 98% light transmittance. The interior of the luminaire features vacuum-deposited aluminum, combined with precision geometric reflectors, to increase optical efficiency to over 95%.
  • Accurate Beam Control: Equipped with an adjustment bracket featuring a precision scale, our lights can prevent blind spots or glare caused by light shifts over time.
  • Minimized Light Spill: Using a full-shading design, optical lenses, and light-blocking accessories, along with motion sensors and timers, our lights can achieve mechanically controlled lighting.

Excellent Light Distribution Design of Flood Lights
Integrated Flood Lights vs Replaceable Bulb Fixtures

Integrated Flood Lights vs Replaceable Bulb Fixtures

JACKWIN integrated flood lights incorporate LED chips, power drivers, and heat sinks as an indivisible unit within the lamp housing.

  • The superior integrated design gives our lights better heat dissipation and optimized light distribution.
  • The integrated design ensures complete waterproofing, dustproofing, and weather resistance.

JACKWIN replaceable floodlights are easy to maintain, and their bulbs can be easily swapped out to adjust brightness, color temperature, and beam angle. From a cost perspective, they are a cost-effective choice.

However, the lifespan of a standalone bulb is only 15,000 to 25,000 hours. Designing the bulb and the fixture separately may result in suboptimal heat dissipation and light output.

If you’re looking for performance and a slim, lightweight design, you can choose an integrated floodlight.

If you want more flexibility in adjusting lighting characteristics and want to save on initial costs, you can choose a fixture with replaceable bulbs.

Advantages

LED Flood Lights vs Halogen Flood Lights

JACKWIN LED Flood Lights
JACKWIN Halogen Flood Lights

JACKWIN LED flood lights consume 25 times less energy than halogen flood lights and generate less heat, which helps extend their service life. It offers higher luminous efficiency and greater brightness, while also saving energy and reducing carbon emissions and waste. Furthermore, from a long-term cost perspective, the reduced need for frequent replacements can offset the initial costs.

JACKWIN halogen floodlights have a CRI of over 95, offering unique advantages in color rendering and accurate color perception. They turn on instantly and reach maximum brightness immediately. Compared to LED flood lights, these lights consume more energy, have an average lifespan of only 2,000–4,000 hours, and pose safety risks due to heat generation and fragility.

After discussing the details of the proposal, they placed an order for 3,000 units of 300W floodlights equipped with sensors and capable of remote control. They also requested that we provide factory certificates and luminance test reports with the shipment. Following a site visit, we finally signed the purchase contract in November.

Manufacturing Process of Flood lights
Manufacturing Process

After receiving an order, our factory begins manufacturing the LED chips, preparing the driver power supplies, and machining the housings and heat sinks. We then proceed with the assembly process, which includes SMT placement and reflow soldering, phosphor coating, and the installation of optical components. We completed production within the promised 7 business days.We also use custom foam padding and reinforced cardboard boxes, along with palletizing and corner protectors.

Packaging and Shipment of Flood Lights
Packaging and Shipment

Our contract specified FOB terms, which required us to ensure the floodlights are safely loaded onto the ship. After preparing and packaging the goods and affixing the shipping marks, the floodlights we manufactured were shipped from the warehouse to the Port of Ningbo to complete export customs clearance procedures. After shipment, we provided the customer with documents such as the commercial invoice and packing list.

Project Result

We provided our customers with detailed installation guides and guidance from professionals. The customers followed the guides to complete the installation and wiring, and conducted centralized debugging and inspections during the project to ensure on-site safety and that the illumination angles met regulations, making the system suitable for daily security use. These floodlights passed the acceptance testing and helped the customer resolve their lighting issues.

Are JACKWIN LED flood lights expensive to operate?

No, JACKWIN LED floodlights have very low operating costs and are a cost-effective lighting solution. Our lights provide higher brightness while saving 80% on energy consumption, and they have a longer service life of over 50,000 hours.

Are JACKWIN RGB floodlights suitable for everyday lighting?
  • JACKWIN RGBW floodlights are among the lighting options suitable for everyday use. Our flood lights use dedicated white LED chips to emit pure, practical white light. What’s more, our lights aren’t just for everyday life and work—they can also be switched to vibrant colors for parties and holidays.
  • Standard RGB flood lights produce white light by setting the brightness of the red, blue, and green LEDs to their maximum levels. These lights consume too much energy, have a low CRI, and produce poor-quality light, making them unsuitable for everyday use.
Do JACKWIN motion-activated floodlights consume a lot of electricity?

JACKWIN motion-activated floodlights are designed to save energy, with extremely low standby power consumption and very short illumination times.

  • When our lights are off and waiting for motion detection, their standby power consumption is 1–2 W.
  • When triggered by a moving object, our lights typically remain on for only 1–5 minutes before automatically turning off. This reduces the amount of electricity consumed during full-power operation.
Will these fixtures survive occasional submersion? 10 minutes or less at a depth of 0.15m?

JACKWIN manufactures IP67-certified in-ground and underwater lights that can be submerged in water and are resistant to thermal shock.

Is JACKWIN flood light sealed so that it can be mounted under the dock facing down towards the water?

Our lights are resistant to low-pressure water jets from any direction and are splash-proof. Once our lights are upgraded to IP67 or IP68, they can withstand continuous immersion and prevent the ingress of moisture from gravity or condensation.

How to install flood lights on a garage exterior?

Pre-installation Preparation: Choose a location 15–30 centimeters above the door frame. Ensure the installation site is close to an existing power source or junction box, and make sure there are no obstacles, such as large tree branches, within the designated area.

Install the mounting bracket: Drill holes in the wall at the marked locations, insert plastic expansion anchors, and then secure the bracket with screws.

Connecting the Wires

Installing the Light Fixture and Sealing: Use screws or locking rings to mount the floodlight housing to the bracket, and check that the rubber gasket is properly in place.

Adjusting the Angle and Testing: After restoring power, loosen the adjustment screw, point the light toward the area you want to illuminate, and then retighten the screw to lock it in place. Turn on the switch to check if the light comes on properly, test the sensor’s sensitivity, and adjust the sensing distance and the duration the light stays on.

What's better, flood or spot lights?

JACKWIN floodlights are designed to project a wide beam of light over a large area. They are primarily used for general lighting, security surveillance, and illuminating large spaces.

JACKWIN spotlights are designed to project a narrow, concentrated beam of light onto specific objects or areas. They are primarily used for ambient lighting, highlighting details, and creating dramatic visual effects. View more about flood light vs spot light.
