Highway Guardrails
JACKWIN highway guardrails are primarily manufactured from hot-dip galvanized steel, offering exceptional impact resistance. They are mainly used on city streets, highways, and expressways. Their purpose and function are to protect motorists, redirect vehicles, and reduce crash severity, thereby enhancing road safety.

Removable guardrails are a type of fixed-mounted guardrail primarily used for industrial safety railings. They are manufactured from galvanized steel pipe through a series of production processes including cutting, welding, polishing, and powder coating.

Manhole Guards
Manhole guards manufactured by JACKWIN are primarily designed for road maintenance work zones, placed around manholes to prevent pedestrians and vehicles from falling into sewer systems.
Our manhole guards are available in two materials: one is a durable and lightweight HDPE material, manufactured using blow molding technology. Its advantages include portability, simple installation, and ease of logistics, transportation, and storage. The other material is welded galvanized pipe with a powder-coated finish. Cable Guardrails

Scaffolding Guardrails
JACKWIN scaffolding guardrails are made of hot-dip galvanised steel with yellow powder coating and designed to prevent falls from heights. It is composed of a top rail, a mid rail, a toe board, and supported posts.
It’s widely used for work platforms and open edges and creating temporary edge protection in construction.

The spacing between posts varies depending on the type of guardrail. For industrial guardrails, the distance between posts does not exceed 8 feet.
Parapets are only used when serving as guardrails and meeting the minimum height requirement of 42 inches.
According to national regulations, guardrails serve as barriers on highways. Additionally, guardrails must be installed when used as handrails to prevent falls where there is a height difference of 30 inches or more between the floor or ground level and the area below. Finally, when used for collision prevention in warehouses, guardrails can be installed wherever required based on planning needs.
