Acrylic Primers: Primarily designed for asphalt surfaces, acrylic primers offer superior adhesion and bonding strength. They withstand extreme temperatures, acid rain, and other harsh weather conditions, ensuring long-lasting durability.

How to Use Primer Spraying Machine for Road Marking?
Step 1: Wearing PPE and Preparation
You need to wear safety glasses, goggles, gloves and safety vest before you start the engine, then inspecting sprayer machine and filling the primer.
Step 2: Road Surface Cleaning
Before starting to paint the primer, you need to use JACKWIN road marking removal machine, road blower and road cleaning machine to remove old markings and clean the surface dust and debris.
Step 3: Start Engine and Fill Petrol, Primer
Fill fully primer into tank and petrol keep the petrol fully in oil tank. Start engine and adjust pressure and flow.
Step 4: Application Process
Adjust the spray width 30 to 45cm(wider than painting width), then start to move and spray the surface of road.
Step 5: Dry
Use JACKWIN road dryer machine to speed primer dry.
