Our Production Capacities
JACKWIN can independently design and produce VMS circuit boards and sheet metal shells. We can achieve a tolerance of 0.05mm in the cutting, stamping, and surface spraying of metal sheets.
To produce the VMS control box, the steel sheet needs to be cut into the designed shape first, and this step uses laser cutting technology.
Bend the cut steel sheets into shape and then use gas-shielded welding to weld them seamlessly. This step usually completes some hardware, such as a sign frame, control box, stand, etc.
VMS LED screen needs to be completed in an independent electronic dust-free workshop, which involves a whole set of complex processes, including PCB production and electronic component assembly.
