Reflective Tape Manufacturing Process
- Raw Material Preparation and Selection: Materials required for reflective tape production are resin (PET), pigments, and glass beads/prisms.
- Coating: Firstly, spray treatment, a layer of aluminum is coated on the PET film as a reflective layer to increase the reflective effect. Then, glass beads are coated on the PET.
- Drying and Curing: Spray a layer of butyral protective layer on the glass bead layer, and then dry and cure it to prevent the glass beads from being worn and falling off, and increase the durability of the reflective film.
- Rolling and Cutting: According to customer needs, we roll and cut reflective sheetings into predetermined sizes.
- Quality Inspection: Reflective tapes produced are inspected for quality, such as weather resistance, strength, and reflectivity, to ensure that the quality meets the standards.
