How to Produce Rubber Traffic Cones?

Rubber manufacturing techniques include compounding, extrusion, molding and vulcanization, among which, vulcanization is the most critical and crucial step. Vulcanized rubber is often processed with heat and sulfur during production to make the rubber stronger and more elastic so it can withstand greater pressure. Through accurate temperature control, JACKWIN factory heats the mold and the inner mixed rubber material up to 170-180° about fifteen minutes to make the rubber products elastic and durable. Low-quality rubber products are the result of insufficient heating temperature and time during vulcanization. These factors make JACKWIN’s product different from others.
