How to Install Your Stanchion Post and Ropes?
JACKWIN stanchion posts are packed in two separate carton boxes, the first thing is to take them out of the box and check if all parts are included.
- Step 1: Install base, the screw throught the base, cover into post,
- Step 2: Tighten the nut.
- Step 3: Install the post.
- Step 4: Hook and connect the rope between two poles.

Stanchion Post Machine & Material
The production of stanchion post is very simple, using basic metal processing technologies such as laser cutting, stamping and bending. Its quality is mainly related to the material. We use 0.8mm #201 or #304 stainless steel for production, ensuring high quality.
Stainless steel pipe punching can be done by laser cutting or punching machine, both processes are very good. If the order quantity is large, we use laser machine, if the order is small, we use manual hardware punching machine.
We use sturdy #304 and #201 stainless steel pipe thickness 0.8mm for our post production, polish surface and shinny. After cutting the tube, we polish and grind the sharp corners to prevent cutting your hands.
The base is made of several materials. If you need an economical base, we use a plastic base filled in cement. There is also a galvanized base filled in cement sand. In addition, there is a cast iron base for better quality.
After the column and base cover are stamped, then spring box is installed. The elasticity of the spring and the number of times it can be stretched determine the service life of the stanchion post. We use imported premium springs with strong tensile force and can be stretched 100,000 times.
