You can choose different thicknesses of aluminum sheets, ranging from 1mm to 3mm, and you can also select galvanised steel plates with powder coating(EU standards) for your signs.

Shapes, Meanings and Colors
- Triangle, red triangle traffic signs alert drivers and pedestrians that a hazard is ahead on the road.
- Round, round traffic signs are in red color that indicate prohibition, restriction or speed limit to alert drivers to danger. Round sign in blue is a requirement for mandatory action or speed.
- Square, square blue sign indicates special regulations, and blue square with white inner signs are used for motorist service.
- Rectangle, rectangle signs in yellow are for directional and informational purposes, by vertical or horizontal installation.
JACKWIN Traffic Sign Manufacturing Process
At JACKIWIN, traffic sign production strictly follows ISO9001 quality control standards. We strictly control the inspection from raw materials to semi-finished and finished signs. The specific steps are as follows:
- Aluminum Plate Cutting. We usually use CNC shearing machines or laser cutting machines to cut according to the sign size, and then grind and polish the cuts to prevent sharp edges from scratching hands.
- Punching and Folding. Sign edge is punched for easy tracking and fixing; folding is to enhance the structural strength of the signs. (Different countries have different standards.)
- Reflective Film Printing or Engraving. Our reflective film is screen printed or digitally printed, and the laser engraving machine engraves the reflective film into patterns or text.
- Reflective Sheeting Lamination. To avoid bubbles, we use rolling to attach the reflective film certificate to the signs.
- Packaging. We use carton boxes and pallets for standardized stacking.
