Traffic Vertical Panel Used in Germany
During the construction of highways and streets in Germany, according to German regulations, construction workzones must use vertical panels.
As a temporary guardrail to perfectly protect the work area, our traffic vertical panel is designed to be thin and light, quickly installed, and has a stable base. It is modernized and renovated on many highways in Germany for a long distance.

Our Vertical Panel Production Capactity
We have 5 large blow molding machines that can produce blow molded products up to 2 meters long, and the daily production efficiency is very high, each machine can produce 400 pieces per day.
This machine can produce vertical panels, barricades, and fences up to 2 meters long. Only one worker is needed to operate the machine, and the machine can also trim the rough edges and apply film to the products, with high production efficiency and low cost.
This is the warehouse where our molds are stored. We have many self-designed vertical panel blow molds with various models and types. It only takes us 35 days at most from design to prototype of vertical panel. If you want to develop a new panel, we are your good choice.
This is our film laminating production line. The printed reflective film will be placed on our workbench and flattened on the vertical panel with a scraper. At the same time, a hot air blower will heat it to make the reflective film stick more firmly.
All our vertical panels are packed in customized pallets, and are secured with corner protectors, protective film and packing tape to prevent them from falling. Standardized pallet packaging facilitates forklift operations, improves transportation and warehouse efficiency, and reduces labor costs.

Why Choose HDPE to Produce Vertical Panels Instead of LDPE? (HDPE VS LDPE）
In producing our traffic safety products, especially vertical panels, we choose HDPE (high-density polyethylene) to make vertical panels instead of LDPE (low-density polyethylene). There are several important reasons, mainly related to the physical properties of the material and application requirements.
- HDPE has a higher density than LDPE, so it has tensile resistance, high hardness, and high impact resistance.
- LDPE is softer and has better flexibility and stretchability than HDPE, but its strength is not strong enough to provide strong support, and its durability is low.
- HDPE has better resistance to UV radiation and chemical corrosion than LDPE. Usually, our vertical panels are exposed outdoors and need to be exposed to the sun and rain for many years, which requires the material to have better weather resistance. LDPE is prone to cracks or become more brittle on the surface in harsh environments, so HDPE is our best choice.
- HDPE has better rigidity and stability than LDPE. It is not easy to bend and deform and is suitable for the production of some panel-type vertical structure boards, such as our vertical panels, crash barriers, etc.
- HDPE has better processing performance in injection molding, extrusion, and other production processes. It can maintain good fluidity and formability under low-temperature conditions and is more efficient and consistent in product quality for large-scale production.
Therefore, we use HDPE instead of LDPE to produce vertical panels, mainly because HDPE has high strength, durability, weather resistance, and rigidity, thus meeting the structural, long-term use, and harsh environment requirements of our vertical panels.
